Return and Refunds

Smart Kit Designs sells digital products that are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, all completed digital-product sales are generally final, subject to the exceptions below and any rights provided by applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products after they have been delivered or made available for download.

Orders cannot be canceled after the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

Please review the product description, screenshots, included features, software compatibility, and other product details before completing your purchase.

Refunds and replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• You received or were given access to a different product from the one you ordered.
• The digital product cannot be accessed because of an issue originating from Smart Kit Designs that we are unable to resolve.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Changes of mind after purchase.
• Failure to review the product description or compatibility requirements.
• Lack of familiarity with Google Sheets or other software required to use the product.
• Accidental edits or changes made to the template after delivery.
• A preference for a different design, color, theme, or product version when the purchased version was correctly described and delivered.

How to request assistance

To request assistance, a replacement, or an eligible refund, email support@smartkitdesigns.com and include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The email address used for the purchase
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you experience difficulty accessing, downloading, or using your purchase, please contact us at support@smartkitdesigns.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

Applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is delivered electronically, no physical item will be shipped, and the purchase is subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
